So you know we think Zooey is completely wonderful and adorable, but my first thought upon seeing this video was "what a terrible little girl!" I had no idea I needed to worry that Max might try to scale a highchair. He's currently obsessed with the stairs, and has been trying to figure out if he can climb over the baby gates.
Thanks, Laurie! We couldn't believe what we were seeing when it happened. It was like that scene from Jurassic Park where the doctor says, "we'll be fine, unless they figure out how to open doors," and then the very next scene is of a velociraptor opening a door.
And Tara, don't worry, it's coming for you, too. One of these days you'll walk into the kitchen and Max will be perched atop the fridge. :D
Love it. Xtopher has been climbing lately as well, but he's not nearly the li'l monkey Zooey appears to be. Freak-ily adorable. I think your friend, Tara, is onto something here ...Olympics here we come!
I can't believe how big she's getting. We hoping to get to come down to Kansas next summer (I might come down sooner, but I'm not sure yet). I can't wait to get the kids all together now that they're of "play-together-age"...I think it will be fun.
